Nāga Cards & Book

₪600.00
This deck of cards and accompanying manual are based on the ancient Hatha Yoga tradition, and incorporate elements of the Ayurvedic and Tantric systems which are culturally and philosophically intertwined with it. The combination of cards and manual form a sort of reference guide. It is an exploration of basic concepts in yogic philosophy, a window into some oft-neglected traditional aspects of Yoga practice.  Enclosed are selected  49 Yoga asana (pose) cards designed to inspire the practice. Each card bears an original ink illustration of one asana with its traditional Sanskrit name, and bears 4 symbols linking the asana to one or more ‘families’ formed around different concepts.
